M 7315U wireless bluetooth problem

I cannot get my Bluetooth or wifi to stay on after initial power on. It seems like the switch is stuck on the inside because both will light up when powering on. Any clues? Or could someone point in the right direction to fix this.

If not under warranty then you with a service manual or a repair place can unstick the button.

Would you happen to know a good place to look for a service manual? I'm willing to
try it myself. I've built and re-built desktops. But, laptops seem to be a bit more complicated
to go at without some reference.
