Ram problem and question

Before doing enough research I bought 6 gigs of ddr3 desktop ram from newegg . The problem is that it is 3 2gb sticks which will cause my mobo (intel h61) to run in single channel instead of dual channel. Now I face the option to rma or buy another 2gb stick from gskill with the same timing for another 12 bucks. If I rma I have to pay for shipping and pay a $6 restocking fee. Should I rma or just buy another 2gb stick?

Also, if I temporarily run in single channel, wil I notice a difference in gameplay?

Nah you're fine. You probably won't even notice the difference.

Really? On the box it says the the ram was made for nehalem processors
