Key board not working when i play MOH

dear sir,

Please tell wen i play Madel of Honor key board key up arrow not working and then i press 'D' all window are minimize. other wise all key is working properly please help me.

Which up arrow, the numpad one or the other one? Make sure NumLock is off.

As for the D, the command to minimize is Windows Key + D. So seems like your windows key is pressed, maybe you are accidently holding it down, or your keyboard is malfunctioning and pressing it.

This isn't a graphics issue, it is a keyboard issue. Have you tried another keyboard?
