Crucial C300/OCZ Vertex2/Agility2/Patriot Inferno. Or an OCZ Vertex 3 if you have the money, they have the best performance right now (until Patriot Wildfire arrives that is) i think but they are a bit pricey.
Overall it looks like you have a nice build. Between the Intel® Core™ I5 2500K and the P8P67 Pro board that you have selected should have you well set up. About the only thing that I question in this build is the lack of an SSD. Adding something like the Intel® SSD 320 80GB will offer a major improvement on boot times and access for any data on the drive.
