I want to set up a wireless network to cover a block of apartments. The apartmens are grouped in clusters of 6 - three storeys high and 2 apartmens on a storey. The network must provide internet access to all of these.

There are about 8 of these clusters (50 apartments) in a straight line.

What kind of hardware would I need to cover all these apartments. Connection speed is not important (network just for internet access).

Please help!

Thanks in advance

Hm... I think I'd have to google that a little but it will more than likely involve lots of APs in repeater mode or something similar.
Serving that many clients might require some high end wireless stuff, start seeing if cisco is in your price range. lol
