Can Thermaltake LitePower 700w handle this???

While the Litepower 700W isn't a great PSU, only producing a Max of 504W and not even 80+ certified... it should be ok to power your system.

The Asus GTX 560 stock, only consumes about 50W Idle, and 165W on full load... so there is ample headroom for the rest of your components. You didn't post all of your specs so we cant be 100% sure, but I am very confident that the rest of your computer won't consume 340W.

here ill post all my specs and im still deciding to get a thermaltake litepower 700w or SILVERSTONE ST50F-ES 500W:

Engtx560 DCII OC/2D1/1GD5
ASUS P8Z68-PRO Z68
Intel core i5 2500
seagate 1TB 7200 RPM
2 kingston 4gb PC3-10600 ddr3
asus dvdrw DRW

and 1 HDD ( seagate 250gb)

can SILVERSTONE ST50F-ES 500W run it?
