new build NOT booting up, need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

just put all the components together put in all my power supply and front led lights and power sw and reset and i try to boot it up and it will run everything works fans, heatsink fan video card fan etc then it runs for about a minute and it will shutoff then when all the fans stop running it will start backup. it sounds like an overheating problem but where the hell can the overheat be? nothing comes up on my screen it says no signal, i put in a different video card 8500gt and still same thing shut off then backon.

new pc stats:
mobo: asus p8p67
cpu: intel i5 2500k
video card: sparkle 550TI
psu is ocz 700watt
sata hd
and 1 optical drive.
4 gigs ram 2x 2gb

please help im out of options :X

problem fixed put ram in wrong slots lol
