Update: Updated ram and changed 6950 brand, I have decided to wait instead until bulldozer comes out to make my decision, thank you everyone for your replies, one more thing:

Can someone recommend me a good monitor for under 250 USD?

The build looks good, I think you can get a Dell Ultrasharp for $200ish, but not sure about performance.

Get a better brand of 6950 HIS has some issues and you can get an ASUS or XFX for about the same price. I would dump the ram in favor of a better performer as well. Get something that is set to run at 1600 with a CL8 or 9 rating.

Ok, couple things I would change the memory for DDR3 1066 to 1333 or faster. This looks like some good RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231314 for you. The power supply that you have listed is very good it is one of Eggxperts Tier 2 (very good) power supply and should provide all the power you need for this build. Overall I think that everything looks good.
