First ever Blue screen.

First i'd like to mention that recently Adobe flash player has been crashing constantly since this morning. Just about 10 minutes ago i was on twitch.tv and it crashed and i got my first blue screen!

that was the error that occurred.
The ram i am using is the DDR3 Vengance blue 16 gig's 4 in each stick. but i only have 3 sticks in do to my CPU cooler.

I usually use FireFox but I also downloaded Opera and Google chrome and they all crash. sometimes it will lock up i can hear the sound fine and quickly it speeds through everything i missed to the current time then it will freeze again.
