Hey guys, I am about to build a new rig with an i5 2500k. I am currently stuck between buying an

Asrock extreme3 gen3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

or an

Asus p8z68 lx http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... which is on special for $65 from microcenter with the purchase of the cpu.

Which board would be better if I plan on overclocking in the future? I will run @ stock speeds w/ stock cooler for now. I read that the Asus board is a low-end z68 board from reviews. can anyone chime in on that? comparing the two on newegg, they seem to be pretty similar. What are some Pros/Cons of each?

Setup will be(if this helps)
i5 2500k
8gb ripjaws
one of the mobo's above
radeon 6870 (possible xfire in the future when 6870's get cheap)
60gb ocz agility 3 SSD

So, if both boards are at regular price, I would probably get the Asrock due to the great of reviews on it from newegg, but with this current deal at microcenter, is the Asrock THAT much better than the ASUS board? I guess my question is whether the Asrock board is worth it for $60 more.

Thanks in advance for the help!!
