Can my pc handle GTX 560 ti? EVGA 560 ti vs Gigabyte GV-N560SO-1GI?

First question can my current setup handle, or even be compatible with a GTX 560? Second question, I placed an order for an evga 560 GTX TI Overclocked, but think I should have went with the Gigabyte GV-N560SO-1GI. What do you guys think? I mean I couldn't sli a evga 8800GT with a Gigabyte GV-N560SO-1GI? Right?

You would need around 3.3ghz or 3.4ghz for it to not bottleneck.The old quad cores are very outdated.

Damn, I don't know if I could push this cpu that high. Any recommendations for best bang for the buck cpu? I wasn't planning on purchasing a cpu also.
