Second memory module

Hey guys! I just installed a second memory module ADATA 4GB 1333mhz (8GB total RAM). Can you give me some baisic info about why in BIOS my DRAM frequency can do up to 2600mhz and the voltages can be set to a lot higher levels. Do I need to change something in bios or I leave the frequency at 1333mhz as before. And will the second memory module change something with my overclocking (Im was overclocking a AMD FX 4100 3.6ghz)

Your BIOS can support setting memory frequencies up to 2600 MHz with capable memory modules installed. Since you only have 1333 MHz modules and it reads the current frequency as 1333 MHz just leave it alone. If you're not experiencing issues with your OC, then you're fine.
