MSI 870A-G54 BIOS Update Help

I am new to the whole updating BIOS on a motherboard and so on. I'm pretty sure my motherboard needs a BIOS update but I don't know how to do it. I went to this site and got the latest BIOS Zip file but it wasn't compatible with my Windows Vista 64 bit.

At the bottom of that MSI page is a logo for "Live Update" and a button that says "click here" to download and install Live Update (which should have been included on the drivers disc that came with your motherboard). Through Live Update, you can update everything for your board.
