Help ! : Acer S273hl or Asus VE278q

Hi everyone !

I'm know hesitating for a 27" monitor, after some search i finally arrive at two choices : Acer S273hl and Asus VE278q.

I want to know who the best for xbox 360 et pc gaming.

Or maybe there are better in 27" or a new good 27" monitor is comming ?

Funning thing looking at all of the posts. I just returned from Fry's and I purchased the Acer S2773HL about an hour ago. Both are fast Led's 2ms, so you can't go wrong either way.
The Asus does have PIP, so you can have dual input at the same time, but I'm only running SQL programs and gaming so I'll never use that feature.
Note - I Did take the full Extend Warranty, only because this is the biggest monitor that I now own. I have three others - Dell 19 and 24, & a Hp2509m. My Dell's are about 8yrs old, but they still work great.
NOTE: If you're not gaming or watching movies, you may want to also look at the 5ms Led monitors.

The Acer got bad reviews and the Asus is $400. Why not this?:

Never heard of that model. As for the reviews, that's why I tooks Fry's 3 year full replacement warranty.

I'm having the same debate right now about what 27" monitor would be best for my xbox 360.
I was wondering which model you went with and if you are happy with it?
