Is there any reason HDCP is preventing from content to be transmitted over USB connection ?

But I did not see there anything regarding USB
I am trying to understand if there is something specific to the USB that prevent HDCP devices from sending the content, assuming the devices connected through the USB are HDCP compliant.

That is the point. USB is not part of the protected digital pathway established and required by HDCP. No can do, legitimately and asking on Tom's how to bypass is not allowed.
