I recently upgraded from an AMD Athlon Dual Core processor to an AMD Phenom II X4 945. Back when I had the dual core installed, my CPU temperatures rarely exceeded 45°C, full load. With the new quad core, my temps stay around 52°C under half-load. I am running several programs and this computer stays on 24/7 as it uploads a lot of information to the internet and monitors several things.

Take a look at this image...does everything look normal? Of course, the temperature of the room the machine is in is around 30°C right now due to this huge heat wave and the case is a small HTPC one. Any comments on the good, the bad, or the ugly from this image:

It's the stock CPU cooler...there is hardly any room in the case for any other. The case itself is an Apevia X-QPACK-NW-BK/420...the case is pretty much worthless and I don't recommend it...but for now it will have to do. I'm also using the built-in 420w PSU.
