How to diagnose intel 845gv mother board

PLEASE K MY MOTHER BOARD IS NOT SHOOTING ON THE SCREEN WHEN IS SWITCH ON

WHAT SHOULD I DO

first you should see if the power supply is providing power to all of the components
when the computer is plugged in to power look for led's on the mobo
if you dont see any its most likely dead power supply
