Current system seems to be dieing on me, and I don't have the cash for anything "Hot", so am wondering if there are any decent mobos that have :

-Around £50 price-tag
-4 Sata ports (III preffered)
-One PCIe 2.1/3.0 X16 port
-A few PCIe/PCI slots for expansion cards
-LGA1155 socket
-Will last a while (2+ years)

Was going to go with an Extreme3 Gen3 Asrock mobo, but I don't need some of the things in it (Crossfire, to name one), so I am wondering if I can shave a few pennies off when buying a mobo.

Overclocking would be nice, but if there is a mobo that is of similar quality and £20 less, I'll go without it.

Don't really have a preffered brand, but good-tech support is always nice.

Thanks in advance.

The cheapest LGA1155 motherboards are the ones using either H61 or H67 chipset.
You can search the internet for the differences between them and see which one you prefer. H61 is cheaper than H67.

To overclock you need either a P67 or a Z68 chipset. Both are more expensive than H61/H67 but have many more features.Z68 is the best and most expensive.

After that just look around. There are small differences between brands. Personally I prefer either Gigabyte or Asus since I've had problems with cheaper ones like Biostar and ASRock but that's me
