Yes, I believe both speeds are the same... Here is what my brothers pc acheives with it 1440x900 resolution Athlon quad core @ 2.9 4gb 1600 ram xfx 5670 Crysis low and medium settings DX9 35-70 fps avg 50-60 Higher settings kills the card 15-25 frames avg 15-20 Metro 2033 medium DX9 avg 45-50 fps Call of duty 4 high settings 70- 85 fps modern warfare 2 high settings 60 fps vsync Black Ops 45-55 fps Overall its a good card for the money, especially if your on a budget rig that shows some performance...
