Yes it can, but there are cheaper P67 motherboards out there that can also.

Both will do CF but only at x8 x8 .... read this to see if that matters to you

You'll want a NF200 chip on there if ya want x16 x16 ... the two most popular boards for x16 x16 are the Asus WS Revolution ($260) and Gigabyte UD7 ($320). You can compare the two here.
