Call of duty 7 problem(direct3DDevice9:ran out of memory)

Hello,
i am die fan of cod series.....but when i run cod7 in my pc....it's trailor comes smoothly...but when i select mission it says direct3DDevice9 ; ran out of memory...
guys plss hellp me....plss

Please post your full computer specs.
Also make sure you have the latest DirectX/VGA drivers installed.
