My goal here is to be able to run any game in the next 2 years or so on high settings with no worries as well as to be fairly upgradeable. Thoughts? In particular with the gpu? That's probably what I'm the least sure about.

the 560ti is a great card, and you will always have to option to crossfire later. most people seem to favor the MSI twin frozr as it comes with a higher factory OC and a superior cooling solution:

at your current resolution, the 560ti will be plenty to keep you going strong.

i would also go with the samsung spinpoint f3, but the caviar black is fine.

great build.

First of all great build! I think that would probably run pretty well into the future.

Only comments I could think of would be that you could probably go down to a 650W PSU to save a little money if you aren't going to do SLI, however its probably worth it to get the 750 just to keep your options open.

Oh, and for overclocking you should almost certainly get an after-market cooler, maybe this one:

Just make sure it will fit in your case with your RAM and GPU though

Thanks for the input everybody! I picked up the psu/samsung spinpoint combo and the msi 560 ti/i5-2500k combo which saved me some money to get the coolermaster you guys linked. Now I'm just worried that my mid ATX case could be too small. Should I change it for a full ATX? I'd definitely rather have the mid if possible.

That CM HAF 912 is big. It's the most recommended budget case on here for a dual card set up imo.

Yeah, I'm picking up the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler, RR-B10-212P-G1 that you linked me. Do you think another one would be recommendable?
