Gaming/video editting rig for 6000 USD

Hi everyone.

I'm new to the forum, looking to build a killer machine for gaming and video editting. My budget is max. 6000 United States Dollars. I would love any advice you guys have on an optimal rig for that money. I'm pretty sure I want to build it around the Zalman Reserator 1 v2 water cooling system, and the price must also include 2x24 inch displays for dual screening. I was thinking of running at least two GPU's in SLI.

Any thoughts and suggestions on an optimal rig? All advice would be much appreciated!

Uhm... Yes... It's not a typo... 6000$ roughly . I know it's a lot of coin and I know it can be done significantly cheaper, but I want premium hardware deluxe.

Remember though, that the 6000 must include two 24 inch displays of good quality.
