Which Newegg Combo Should I Get?

i am building an HTPC and was wondering which would be better, iam leaning towards the AMD because of the quad core but i would like to get some opinion

AMD Phenom II X4 + Asus M4A88T-M LE $205

or

Core i3 2100 + Asrock H61M U3S3 $198
