ASRock Z68 Pro3 Gen3 VS Extreme3 Gen3[Help]

Heya I recently ordered the parts for my new system build and I messed up a bit by ordering the wrong combo from newegg.

I was going to order a Extreme3 Gen3 for $150 with 8GB Mushkin Ram.. I accidently ordered a Pro3 Gen3 with the Ram for $130

They've already shipped the product so I have 2 options.

1: Keep the Pro3 Gen3 [Setup System Friday!]
2: Order the Extreme3 combo and suffer through the wrath of the united states postal service in order to get my money back for the 2nd combo. [Get PC built Monday]

I plan on ocing later down the line and I -very unlikely might- have bought a 2nd sapphire 6870 to run crossfire. Other than the lack of 2 pci ports, what is the difference between these 2 boards?

What would you do? <_<

The pro3 gen 3 has only one pci-express slot and gives you no option to crossfire in the future.
