Cheap am3+ mobo

I was wondering if I could get a cheap am3+ mobo, maybe for $60, although I am willing to pay $70-$80.
If possible, I would also like to know what cheapish CPU to get. I was considering an Athlon, although I'm going to eventually put a Phenom (x6 maybe) in it, so I want to know if I should just get the Phenom straight up.
