XFX AMD radeon 6850 DF problem

Hey there, just recieved my 6850 in the mail today and installed it.
It seemed everything was working fine until I noticed dxdiag and the
can you run it website saying my gpu has 759mb of ram rather than 1gb.

Is this a driver issue or is the gpu damaged?
I'm assuming damaged, but I figured I would ask just incase.

I should also note that GPU-Z says 1024mb of ram.
