Having a problem with my pogoshell version of DrSMS.
I entered the new text as it says on DrSMS's website and still can't get the
emu to work. I even changed it to the proper area, I know this because I see
the icon to the left of the game, meaning it should be going to the SMS bin
file. Any one else have problems with this???

Make sure the plugin name matches the settings file *exactly*. That
is, make sure both are 'sms' if the plugin name is 'sms.bin' or both
are 'drsms' if the name is 'drsms.bin'. And it *is* case-sensitive!
The plug-in selector and icon selector are different functions. My
guess is your plug-in name doesn't match.

It matches exactly. I've tried .shell/plugins/sms.bin , plugins/sms.bin, and
just plain sms.bin. My line is:
sms 1 sms.bin

No Luck

I just re-dowloaded the whole pogoshell again, thinking maybe I deleted
something that I needed, and found out none of the plugins that end in .bin
work.

Looks like you missed the correct one. You need, and type this
exactly:

sms 1 /.plugins/drsms.bin
gg 1 /.plugins/drsms.bin

You need a "/." before "plugins" in your second example to specify the
..plugins path. And the plugins folder is not in the .shell folder, so
your first option is wrong. And the third example you tried has no
folder specified.

Try the lines above (assuming you're using icon #1 for sms/gg games).
HTH.

Currently 1.2.h1. I tried 2.0 for a bit, went back to 1.2. Will
probably switch back up someday, but 1.2.h1 works great for me. The
above lines worked for both. They go into the gui.cfg file, in the
..shell folder, which you can open & edit using notebook.

There should be some already-provided emu configuration commands in
the file, so just follow the format of those. Different themes have
different cfg files too because they use different icon sets/numbers.
