I7 920 too hot! need help choosing cooler

I was played at GTA IV and Mafia 2 for awhile and I saw (via HWmonitor) that my CPU get too hot.

I need help choosing cooler heatsink.
I thought about Arctic Cooling Freezer 13. What do you think?

what about the Scythe Mugen 3? the difference in the price in not too much so is it worth to add difference and buy the Scythe Mugen 3?
Can I overclock my system? people said to me that is impossible with my motherboard (INTEL DX58SO)?

A70 is a great cooler. Keeps my i7 970 (with a small OC) in the low 50's C (at max). That's with both fans at slow speed (1600 RPM). It isn't small though.
