So here's the problem. If i leave my PC disconected for a day or more, and then start it up. everything works fine and i boot into Win7.
However, if i shutdown or restart it, it will no longer boot into OS. Instead it will go into the bios(like when you have the jumper set for recovery).
Even if the jumper is set to normal or recovery, it will no longer boot into OS! Untill i disconnect it from power and leave it for a day or so.
I have already tried:
1) cleaning the mobo
2)removing ram
3)switching PSU's
And all of that stuff.
Now its just been 6 months or so since i got this build and am still under warranty, but if i send it in for repairs, it may take atleast a month for me to get my mobo back. Bcoz of Intel's service in India.
Any help anyone?

Here's the PC Spec's:-
Mobo: Intel DH67BL
CPU: Intel Core i3-2100
GPU: ATI 6750
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
HDD: 1 TB 7200 RPM
PSU: Corsair GS600
