ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 Z68

Everyonce in a while, my computer won't boot. It gets stuck at the ASRock screen and Mr. Debug has a B4 on it. Usually when I restart it, this doesn't happen, if it does, I just hit F11 and select my hard drive and everything is normal. What's the B4 for again?

I believe this is some kind of hardware issue related to USB.

Read the "How To Update" for L1.23, save file to USB drive, follow instructions to flash bios. GOOD LUCK
