Any of those MOBO's listed are fine, for the money I like the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3. Great OC, reliability, options, etc. IF you want a higher OC I'd recommend the H100. Further, I am not a fanboy of OCZ PSU's - I prefer Corsair or SeaSonic. A 60GB SSD is really small, and at minimum IMO 128GB or larger; the Spinpoint F3 (1TB) is a reliable HDD any you'll need a HDD.

All of these mobo are good but you could find a cheaper solution (120-140$) for a mid range build. 200$ for a mobo on a i5-2500k with a single GPU (hd7870) seems a bit overkill to me.

I've bought my bro that one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and he is going with a crossfire solution (either 7850 or 7870) on his i5-2500k.

I know I didn't say it but later I would be buy a second 7870 (few months maybe)… I could go with a cheaper MB (around that 120-140 range) but as I have a bit more cash for a good MB that's why I was looking that those ones .. :)

On the SB/LGA 1155 just make sure the MOBO has at least 12 Phases to the CPU, this helps stabilize the CPU and in turn you typically get a lower vCore. The top (2) ASUS's listed are 12 Phase, the mATX (micro) Maximus IV GENE-Z/GEN3 (8 Phase) is about the best mATX LGA 1155 MOBO you can get -- if you like mATX.
