which one should I pick?

someone said EVGA is a number one of NVIDIA card. They said EVGA is a best product, it can overclock more than other brand. They said PALIT isn't a good product, they use low material to produce and have many problem. That's true?

I live in Thailand. EVGA and PALIT are brought by shop name "TK COM" both 2 brands has same warranty as 3 years as same shop. It hasn't LIFE TIME warranty in Thailand.

I have a questions. If I not concern about warranty because they're same. Which one should I pick?

cost of EVGA GTX 570 SC is 12,700 baht.

and

cost of PALIT GTX 570 SONIC is 11,600 baht

In Thailand, they said EVGA has a pre-clocked from industry more than PALIT.

Should I go for PALIT that is a non-ref card and has 2 fans? or go for a Gigabyte GTX 560 SOC that cost 8,800 bath?

I would get the one that costs less. Each card has a different fan/heatsink design. The EVGA has the reference vapor chamber design, and the Palit has a custom dual fan design. Both work well. The Palit Sonic should also come with a factory overclock. Usually people go for the EVGA for the warranty, but if the warranties are the same, just go for the cheaper one.
