PC powersupply fan noice verry loud

Hello,
Friends i have desktop Dell P4 system it has 3.2Ghz processor and 1 GB DDR ram when i start my pc for just 10 or 15 seconds the powersupply fans are quite but after that it start extremery noice so plz give me any suggestion

It could be that the PSU installed into your prebuilt computer is not of a good quality and the fan starting at max rpm's (probably the reason for loud fan noise) when you start it may be how that particular PSU works.
