I need help issueing an RMA for a Gigabyte mobo, advice?

I am trying to issue an RMA for a motherboard that shuts down when windows boots, or stop recognizing the HDD /SSDs i am sick of this. But the RMA on gigabyte is confusing and i dont want to mess it up.

Its asking me for an Invoice number? and its asking me for the MOBO serial number. Where the hell I get an invoice number? and the guide in the RMA says there are 3 serial numbers? I need to put them all or one? Agh so confusing.

You'll find the serial number on the box it came in. If you don't have it, check for white id lettering on the board. The invoice number is on the original receipt from the vender you purchased it from. Newegg keeps good records if you purchased it there.
