Not sure about Antec Formula, but from what I've been reading, that's up there with the absolute best things you can buy. A helluva lot better than AS5 either way - it flat out runs cooler, and isn't electrically conductive... AS5 being silver based, is.

Thanks for the back up... I was skeptical when I first used it but my temps dropped by 10 degrees celcius over AS5. No bullshit... And Newegg actually dropped their prices on it considerably. And it's a bonus it's not electrically conductive so if one makes a mess it's not the end of the world so to speak. The only con is it's really thick so it takes patience to apply.
The Noctua (you mentioned) and MX-2 are good as well...
