G skill 1600 vs Corsair 1333

So I'm currently building my first computer and am having trouble deciding on ram my two choices are

8gb G skill 1600 9-9-9-24 for $46 http://bit.ly/gg6Wrq

or

8gb Corsair 1333 9-9-9-24 for $28 http://bit.ly/fdmXCy

Would it be better to get the cheaper Corsair even though it has a lower speed? In other words does the price difference justify getting slower ram? I will be getting a motherboard which supports 1600.

Only some benchmark will show small difference.

In real life it is negligible, not noticeable.

Reliability and performance. I would get a Corsair.
