SSD for Gigabyte MB

Would this MB be capable of SSD or not.

Input would be appreciated before I invest in the SSD drive.

Also would like input on the best SSD at this time.

I use the ocz agility 3 series in 60 gb. I also recommend the patriot pyro, crucial, and Intel ssd's. Your board is only sata II, but get sata III as it's backwards compatable and can be used with your next motherboard. I clone my ssd's using maxblast 5.0 for seagate and maxtor drives.
