Print Sharing Issue

Hello,
i manage a wireless network between one desktop and 2 laptops
the problem is the desktop can't be seen form the laptop side but the laptop can can the other one i share the printer and a some folders but i can't see it from the laptop ,using xp windows on the 3 machines

does it help when you disable the firewall on the computer that shares the printer and files?
