Reinstall wndows xp it says setup unable to perform the requested oper

I want to do Clean Fresh copy of Windows XP but i cant delete the partition.

Setup unable to perform the requested operatin on the selected partition. This partition contains temporary setup files that to complete installation.

sounds like you tried to do it from within windows by running the cd--you need to put the cd in restart the computer and do it that way--cd /dvd drive should be set as 1st boot device-- if it says press any key to boot from cd press a key

Yeah i promted to that then i will Delete the partition it says "Setup unable to perform the requested operatin on the selected partition. This partition contains temporary setup files that to complete installation." so cannot install fresh copy of WINDOWS XP

Try use DOS from disk or usb / cd booting , or use Hirencd boot, you can format it or delete partition
