How to use both the processor of dell 670

i have a dell 670 precision Xeon 3.4Ghz 4gb Ram i want to use it for Video editing .... i have Adobe premier CS4 installed i want to make my other processor work too i am using windows Xp

You shouldn't need to do anything special to support multiple cores - Windows XP supports multiple cores, whether they are separate CPU chips, or different cores in the one chip.

If your software supports multiple cores, they will be used no matter where they are. If your software does not support multiple cores, then they will not be used, no matter what you do.

Mutliple cores yes, mutlitple cpus no. Xp home does not support more than 1 phsysical cpu. Only XP pro or above supports multiprocessors.
