i have hp pavilion tx 2000 that has AMD processor and i wish to change to intel i5 is it possible?
Unfortunately No. AMD is a completely different socket & chipset than Intel and would require you to change the motherboard to support Intel Core i5 CPUs. This would be easy on a desktop but because this is a laptop you'd be better off buying a new one. Changing a laptop motherboard is extremely expensive (if even possible on this model)
You can only upgrade it to another AMD CPU. However, heat must be taken into consideration. The heatsink can only help cool down a CPU by so much. If you install an AMD CPU in your tablet that produces too much heat for the heatsink to handle, then you can suffer overheating issues which can kill your tablet.
