Motherboard won't recognize RAM

Hi, I have a Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 motherboard and Corsair Vengeance 2x4 Memory. I am doing the external build and I keeping getting three post beeps, which corresponds to not recognizing memory. The motherboard diagnostic tool also gives me error 53, which is not recognizing memory. I have attempted putting just one stick in all of the channels and cleaning the sockets with air. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Do you have another module laying around? Maybe the slots are dead. Double check to see if the RAM is properly seated. Sometimes you have to press kinda hard.

These are the second sticks of ram that I bought, the ram is properly seated, as the clips clip on well.
