My new core2 doesnt work!

- dell gx620, with gt430 graphs
- new processor model: intel core2duo E7500 box 2,93GHz 1066/3M S775
- old processor model: Intel Pentium D

well, here is the list of probs:
- black screen when trying to boot
- graphs card refuse to start
- HDD doesnt seem to read, but it sounds (maybe due to cpu refusing)

well, i need help with this, because i cant return the cpu due to warranty!
