ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 1GB gaming issues

Ok, so I am about to tear my hair out. I currently have an Asus k52J laptop running Win 7 64-bit with the HD 5470 1GB, i3 350, 4GB DDR3. It is able to run COD4 and MW2 perfectly on highest settings, however I have the Catalyst Center configured. Dead Space and Dead Space 2 run well enough to not complain. But then there is Battlefield Bad Company 2, GTA 4 or Episodes, Splinter Cell Conviction, and of course Crysis. I do not understand what I am doing wrong, I have looked all over for answers to no avail. PLEASE HELP ME!

You have to realise that the 5470 does not have the horsepower to run everything at high settings. CoD4 and MW2 are not resource intensive at all, and will work perfectly on many older systems. GTA4 and Crysis will suck the life out of mid-range desktop PC's, not to mention a laptop. Bottom line: You need a more powerful system for those games to run at high settings, so make peace with it and turn the graphics down.

The Hd 5470?are you kidding?Crysis and Gta 4?Even Hd 5750 cannot run crysis and gta 4 on maxed!

The 5470 just isn't powerful enough. Sorry, but that's really all there is to it.

You should razer game booster or iobit game booster(old version)
U can try tweaking ur computer via game boosters
