With 2nd Gen Intel Core CPU's (Sandy Bridge) that use Z68 widely in use now, and 3rd Gen Intel CPU's (Ivy Bridge) that use Z77 on the horizon, why are you looking at such an old platform?

The H55 chipset was introduced for Clarkdale (1st gen Intel Core CPU's), but I imagine it would be hard to hear anyone recommending it with the next gen chipsets available now.

The H55 chipset should be used with a 1st generation Intel® Core™ processor like the Intel Core i5-660. This chipset/boards were looked at as general/media purpose boards for every day use.

Like Shark said unless you already own this board and processor I would say to forget it and looking for a 2nd generation Intel Core processor.
