Computer time date to be reset every boot and F4

Every time Boot comp it prompt to
A driver error.
CMOS/GPNV checksum bad
CMOS date/time not set
Press F4 to sun set up.

Time and date set will be return to bqck to12/2006 always.

Dual boot OS W8CP x64 as default, if i choose win XP x86 it will again Prompt F4 to resume.

MOBO Intel DSA865,Pentium D 2.66Ghz, 2x1GB DDR 400MHz, Window 8CP x64/Windows XP x86 dual boot in 2 hard drives. nVidia7600GTX 512MB GRaphic. DVD combo drive,No floppy drive.

Time to replace the RTC battery (Lithium CR 2032) located on the motherboard. It is also referred to as CMOS battery. Doing so will reset the computer to factory defaults.
