Hi,
I have an opportunity to buy a Dell L400 really cheap ( Not working,
crack case, but CPU is working ). I couldn't find what type of CPU it
is and just wonder if it can be remove and install into my Thinkpad
600x?

Can't help except to say that the Thinkpad 600X uses an Intel MMC2 processor
module.
If the Dell uses the same module, then the answer is yes, you can upgrade
your 600X with it.
