Will this new mobo fit in the old case ?

I currently have this mobo -

Dimension - 19cm X 23.9cm ( W x L )

And I was going to buy this -

Dimension - 24.4cm x 20cm ( W x L )

Both the mobos are micro-atx
So will this mobo fit on the case from old mobo ?

Hard to say without knowing what case, but if both are micro-ATX and case details say micro-ATX, sounds pretty fool-proof.
