Motherboard decision (please help)

Hello,
I'm building my own computer, but i can't decide which motherboard should i get? i have about 260$ for the motherboard.

my current components are:

cooler master 690 II advanced
intel i7 2600k
ocztech 60gb vertex 2
WD caviar black 1TB SATA III
corsair vantage 8GB 1600
evga 570 SC
cooler master pro silent 1200W
crosiar h70
